Pallet Elevator

Pallet elevator are generally docked to conveyor lines of varying heights and are used in more cross-floor scenarios. Two main types are included: vertical reciprocating conveyors and double column lifts.

1.Vertical reciprocating conveyor

The vertical reciprocating conveyors is a commonly used conveying equipment for pallet conveying systems. It is characterised by being used for non-continuous conveying, reciprocating conveying and handling equipment, using a conveyor or fork telescopic mechanism to achieve a cargo transfer function. The small size of the approach allows for flexible and mobile transport of various sizes of storage equipment and material handling between floors.

The speed configuration of the equipment depends mainly on the type of packaging (stability of the goods) and the structure of the carrier.

Main structure

1) Square steel tube or bent plate rim construction using welded rigid plates with high strength bolts.

2) Lifting by chain or wire rope, with or without counterweight.

3)Lift rails or profile rails for support guidance and load-bearing.

4) Wire mesh or acrylic panels for sealing protection.

5)High strength strong anchor bolts to the ground, or pre-built plates.

The pallet elevator unit is available in two forms, one with a sprocket chain for transmission and the other with a reel wire rope for transmission, the diagram shows a sprocket chain drive. The speed reduction motor and drive sprocket, drive shaft etc. are bolted to the top of the hoist as a complete unit. The chain in the hoisting unit is connected to the load table at one end and to the counterweight at the other.

The pallet elevator platform is constructed as a separate welded steel frame. The frame is equipped with a conveyor or fork mechanism inside. Maximum safety is ensured by a chain/rope breakage detection device.

Security measures

1) Set pallet elevator power failure protection, speed limit protection, limit protection, rope breakage protection, overload protection, etc., and include software protection and hardware protection. Set the hoist shift mechanism, and lift interlock safety mechanism.

2.Twin Column Palletizer

The twin column palletizer designed and supplied by our company has a simple structure, takes up little space, can be assembled quickly and is easy to use and maintain.

The twin column palletizer can be fitted with roller conveyors, chain conveyors,  belt conveyors and other conveying equipment for vertical handling of pallet-type materials in indoor environments.

Main structure

Our twin column palletizer is divided into base, left and right columns, conveyor and other parts, the up and down lift is driven by the chain, the horizontal transport is achieved by the conveyor.

Loading platform

The loading platform using a combination of profiles and sheet metal parts, with a stable and reliable structure and a plastic sprayed surface.

Column

The left and right uprights are section steel and plate welded with a plastic spray finish.

Conveyors

Chain conveyors and roller conveyors are similar in structure to ordinary conveyors.

Drive units

The standard models are equipped with high-quality gear motors.Motor power depends on factors such as load, speed and length.

Safety and maintenance

The machine uses a guard to protect the chain, sprockets and other moving parts on the inner side of the column, and installs limit protection devices at the rising limit and falling limit of the machine, and sets up grating safety detection to prevent accidental injuries.
