Pallet Conveyor Systems

3.Circular shuttle mode
The circular shuttle car is a type of rail-type automatic guided vehicle, which is developed and upgraded from the reciprocating shuttle. The track of the circular shuttle is arranged in a ring shape in the plane, and multiple shuttles can be run in a circular manner in the track to complete the automatic transportation of pallets according to different needs, thereby improving the efficiency of warehousing operations. This mode is widely used in intensive stereoscopic warehouses, conveying systems, sorting systems, and smart factory systems.
Both the reciprocating shuttle mode and the circular shuttle mode use a high-density storage and transportation system, which can achieve high-density storage of pallet goods while storing unit pallet materials according to storage needs and cooperate with stackers, mother trucks, and high-position forklifts to achieve fully automatic warehousing operations, greatly improving the warehouse’s operating efficiency and space utilization, and effectively reducing the construction cost of the company’s warehousing shelf system.
4.AGV mode
The AGV mode is a highly flexible pallet automated conveying system, which mainly uses an automated conveying system composed of AGV to flexibly convey pallets. Under the automatic scheduling of the upper computer system, the AGV can connect the stacker with the conveying platform at the entrance and exit of the warehouse, and transport the materials to each link of the production line, thereby completing the automated material transportation.
The AGV mode integrates the advanced theories and application technologies in today’s science and technology field. The activity area of AGV does not need to lay tracks, support frames and other fixed devices, and is not restricted by the site, road and space. It has strong guiding ability, high positioning accuracy, good automatic driving operation performance, and the driving path can be flexibly changed according to different needs.
